This past weekend, I took an hour flight to Bangkok for an ice bath. Who tf does that?

Here’s few things that stuck with me:
Volume negates luck. Consistent, massive action creates its own opportunities. Daily actions define your future
Filter your mentors. Only take advice from those already doing what you want to do. Surround yourself with people ahead of you.
Learn Value vs Price. Price is what you pay, value is what you get.
