hey friends,

a lot of you want the trending repos. so i’ll start there.

then i'll share how AI ran my week.

some of it worked really well. some of it…not so much.

3 repos worth your time

1. youtube agent skill (505 stars, MIT, free)

11 Claude skills for youtube.

it writes scripts off 21 hook formulas, checks your title & thumbnail as one pairing, turns a transcript into an edit list & reads your retention export.

it drafts. you decide & you upload. nothing gets posted for you.

built by jake schincariol, not me. all credit to him.

2. hyperframes by heygen (56,957 stars, Apache-2.0)

write HTML, get a video.

it plugs into Claude Code, so Claude plans the video, writes it & renders the MP4.

haven't put it in my own edits yet. it's next on my list.

3. agent reach (91,291 stars, MIT)

gives your agent the internet. youtube transcripts & search work with no setup.

heads up: twitter & reddit need your login cookies, so use a spare account.

how AI ran my week

this week almost everything ran through 1 claude code session.

i talk to one "main" agent. it doesn't do the work itself.

it briefs other agents, checks what they bring back & keeps notes so nothing gets lost. kind of like a chief of staff.

here's what it did:

  • audited my whole business in one afternoon. 8 agents in parallel, one each for money, content, sales, ads, websites, security, deadlines & clients

it even corrected my own notes. a few emails i had down as "still to send" had already gone out.

  • turned every call i had into a follow-up list with the messages already written. i still send them myself

  • analysed a year of my youtube data & told me something i didn't want to hear

posting a long video every day wasn't working.

the videos that grew the channel were about one new tool & how to make money with it, shipped right after it came out. the founder & business talks belong on linkedin, not youtube.

titles that name the tool get clicked way more than titles that don't. obvious once you see it. i didn't see it.

not what i wanted to hear after weeks of daily uploads. but that's exactly why i asked.

  • made 16 new youtube thumbnails, each one starting from a real frame of my face. 2 options for each of 8 old videos, so youtube can test which one people click

  • rebuilt a landing page 4 times over the weekend. new words, new layout, then new words again

what didn't work

the second landing page looked like it was made for kids.

i hated it.

we scrapped it, kept my old design & only changed the words. turns out the design was fine. the words were the problem.

it also flagged a contract as unsigned. it was signed.

that's why i keep repeating one rule: agent output is evidence, not truth. i still check everything before it goes out.

the biggest lesson

AI didn't make me less busy.

it made me busy on better things.

less digging through tabs. more deciding.

if you want to try this, start small. give one main agent one job it can hand out, like "audit my calendar for the week". read what comes back. check it. then give it the next one.

ways to get involved

if you want to build this yourself alongside me, join AI Operators.

you get the classroom, the repo library & a live build call every wednesday (15:00 bangkok time). the main agent + helper agents setup from this email is exactly what we build there.

if you want my team to build this alongside your team, book a free 30-minute live build with us at Cyndra.

i appreciate you reading this.

reply & tell me: what's one task you'd hand to an agent this week?

i want this newsletter to be the most useful thing in your inbox. i read & respond to every email.

i'm rooting for you & hope the best.
