  • Track one number: How many new website visitors find you daily?

2. Activation (The "Aha!" moment)

Traffic that doesn't convert is useless

  • Get users to the “aha” moment fast, without friction.

  • If people don’t see value fast, they'll leave.

3. Monetization (Get Paid)

Revenue is the best growth hack.

  • Create a clear, irresistible offer (think Hormozi pricing tiers, LTDs, decoy anchors).

  • Track conversions, refine, repeat.
