Improved lead scraping a lot. Still doing 2x demos daily and shipping user requests fast.

Last week, we launched a DMpro reactivation campaign.
One email. One offer.
Covered over a year of rent here in Chiang Mai.
Here’s the breakdown →
Targeted past users who signed up but never subscribed
Offered a limited-time lifetime deal
Crafted a “crazy offer” (with ChatGPT + Hormozi’s $100M Offers framework)
Lesson: Your best customers are already on your list.
You don’t always need new traffic.
Email is still the highest ROI channel.
My #1 focus is always driving qualified signups.
Every verified email = a potential customer you can nurture forever.
Brain Dump
Business is just a self-development journey.
Each goal requires new habits & new mindset.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Growth means outgrowing old versions of yourself.
I notice things that once seemed normal aren’t anymore. This feeling shows me I’m moving in the right direction & becoming a better version of myself.
It’s uncomfortable at times, but that’s exactly what growth feels like.
