How I cloned myself
Online business used to be the escape from the “rat race.”
Now it is the rat race. Everyone glorifying grind culture.
Not me. I want true freedom: financial, time & location.
I don’t want another job (If I did, I would’ve stayed at Cisco for free snacks 😉 ).
So I cloned myself. Here’s how →

At the Ft. Lauderdale Office
How to clone yourself →
Document every repeatable task
If you do something more than once, write it down.
Find each tasks true goal
Link everything to a business outcome (lead gen, retention, revenue, etc.).
Create outcome-focused SOPs
List input, process, and expected result.
Use checklists, templates, and screen recordings (Loom is amazing)
Group tasks into roles
Each role needs a one-sentence mission.
Hire or assign a leader for each role
Match skills and personality to the role’s mission.
Onboard with the SOPs and review to improve
Build feedback loops
Review results weekly: what’s on track, what’s off-track?
Iterate on the process, not the person
Free yourself to focus on the next big thing
As each “clone” masters their role, you can level up to higher-impact work.
Rinse and repeat—until you’ve truly multiplied yourself.
