i made my digital clone.

7 days & no one realized...

hey friends,

it's 9am in chiang mai. i haven’t slept yet…

something wild just happened.

a lead replied to an email i didn't write. thanked me for following up. asked to book another call.

my AI wrote that email. trained on my voice. the client had no idea.

208 hours in calls for march, golden times to build

the problem nobody talks about

most founders hit a ceiling. not because they're lazy. because they're the bottleneck.

every email, every follow-up, every proposal, every "just checking in" message has to sound like you. because it IS you. your voice is what closes deals.

so you have two options. write everything yourself (and drown). or delegate it to someone who sounds nothing like you (and lose trust).

i found a third option.

the voice training framework

i've been doing this for every client i set up. takes about 20 minutes. works scary well.

here's exactly how to do it.

step 1: pull your 10 best emails

go into your sent folder. find the 10 emails that got the best responses. the ones where someone replied fast, said yes, booked a call, or complimented how you communicate.

not your longest emails. not your most "professional" ones. the ones that actually worked.

copy them into one document.

step 2: feed them with this prompt

paste your 10 emails into claude. then say this:

"analyze these emails. identify my writing patterns, tone, sentence length, vocabulary, how i open, how i close, how i make asks, and what makes my voice distinct. then write me a style guide i can reference every time i need you to write as me."

it'll give you a breakdown of your exact voice. things you didn't even realize you do. like how you always open with a question. or how you never use exclamation marks. or how your sentences get shorter when you're making a point.

save that style guide somewhere permanent. this is your voice DNA.

step 3: test on real scenarios

now give it a real situation:

"using my style guide, write a follow-up email to a prospect i had a great call with last week. we talked about automating their CRM workflows. they seemed interested but haven't replied to my proposal."

compare the output to what you'd actually write.

first draft will be 80% there. tweak it. say "more casual" or "shorter sentences" or "i'd never say 'I hope this finds you well' - remove that."

by the 3rd or 4th refinement, it's you.

why this actually works

AI doesn't replace your voice. it scales it.

think about it. you already have a writing style. you just never documented it. the 10-email exercise forces the AI to reverse-engineer what makes you sound like you.

once it has that, every email, every follow-up, every linkedin message, every proposal sounds like it came from your keyboard.

i have clients doing 30-40 personalized outreach emails a day now. in their voice. not templates. not mail merge. actual human-sounding messages that reference specific conversations and details.

one client told me "i can't tell which ones i wrote and which ones the bot wrote." that's when you know it's working.

the numbers

before voice training: 2-3 hours/day on email. 8-12 personalized messages.

after: 15 minutes reviewing drafts. 30-40 messages sent. same reply rates.

that's not a small improvement. that's getting your mornings back.

just keep building 🙂

the real lesson

the bottleneck in your business is you. your time. your energy. your voice.

if you can train a new hire to write like you (and most founders eventually do), you can train AI to do it in 20 minutes.

the difference? the AI doesn't quit after 6 months. doesn't need a salary. doesn't forget your tone on a bad day.

one system. compounds forever.
