More isn’t always the answer

I used to think growth came from more.
More features. More marketing. More hours.

But growth is like filling a bucket.
If the bucket has holes, pouring more water doesn’t help.
You need to fix the leaks first.

Real growth isn’t chasing more.
It’s optimizing what’s there.

Weekend in Bangkok meeting few engineers & dope founders

How to Fix Leaks and Unlock Growth

  1. Map Customer journey → Write out every step from first click to paying customer.

  2. Spot the drop-offs → Use analytics (or watch recordings) to see where people quit. PostHog is great tool for this.

  3. Ask why → Send a quick survey to see why users left where they did.

  4. Fix one thing → Don’t do everything. Start with the biggest leak.

  5. Test again → Keep iterating until the customer journey is smooth.

Life is the same.
You don’t always need more goals, more hustle, more noise.
You just need to fix the leaks.

The distractions. The bad habits. The things draining energy without giving anything back.
