What worked, what didn’t, and what’s next for Q4

It’s been a while.
I want to make this newsletter more casual, real updates on what I’m building and where I’m headed.

“Serendipity” → why I’ve been doubling down on content.
Serendipity means ‘unexpected’ good things happening by chance.
I’ve seen it firsthand: revenue directly from content and connections that actually changed my life.
I’m trying tons of things and doubling down on what works.

DMpro
I made the mistake of delegating too early.
As a result, there was less communication with customers. Back into “founder mode” now.
Aiming for minimum 2 demos daily for DMpro (currently 5 day streak). These demos are giving a lot of quality feedback on things to improve, and hopefully reduce churn.
Big Lesson: If you’re building a business, never stop talking to customers.
Every. Single. Day.
Saylo
Launching another lifetime deal for Saylo’s email list (1,927 verified contacts). Pricing is still being finalized, but the idea is simple: reactivate users & get revenue boost.
Email lists are gold mines. A proper email sequence & offer can be amazing for revenue generation. We’ve done it before, and doing it again to start off Q4
Outbrand
Outbrand has had a crazy journey.
Right now, majority of our users are in China. Outbrand’s content is honestly horrible. We have a long way to go.
But, for non-native english speakers, it solves the problem perfectly. So, we’re keeping Outbrand a bit on the back burner to focus on DMpro and slowly taking over the Chinese market 😉

Growth Magnetics
We launched Growth Magnetics in China with Yury Byalik.
I’ve been careful to stop chasing shiny objects. Only launching things that I’m confident can grow.
When Yury presented this offer, I knew it was worth it based off his network & experience in the SEO space.
Excited to see how it goes
A big mistake I made recently is trying to do too many things in a scattered way.
I’ve learned that growth comes from consistent daily action.
So for Q4 the focus is clear: revenue acceleration. Keep shipping daily content, keep improving distribution, and double down on things that already work.
