work slow in a fast world

the world’s speeding up, consistency is your advantage

things are moving very fast. you don’t have to.

slow & steady wins the race.

people keep sprinting in different directions, it’s never been easier to win

walk consistently in one direction, and you’ll end up the furthest.

I lost time chasing shiny objects and moving in many directions. I was my worst enemy.

What I’ve learned so far:

  1. One goal per day (needle moving task)
Clarity beats chaos. If I hit that, the rest is extra.

  2. Ignore the noise.
Trends are loud, but they pass. I focus on what compounds long term.

  3. Keep it light.
4 focused hours beats 12 scattered ones. Burnout kills momentum. I have over 2 years of daily deep work. no days off, just compounding daily work.

you don’t have to win today.
just commit to something, and get 1% better daily.

I’m rooting for you 🙂

Jars Updates

Doubling-Down on SaaS Growth.

my time is focused on agency clients & consulting.

but my time is the bottleneck for growth with those.

SaaS products grow without me(my highest hourly rate), so I’m focused on doubling down and improving the portfolio.

  1. Saylo

    1. 700+ free users, focusing on monetizing them & adding lifetime deals. also pivoting toward a full customer support platform (beyond just feedback management).

  2. DMpro

    1. Seeing user growth by using the tool itself (dog-fooding). potentially increasing pricing, so far been our fastest growing tool.
